Maybe something in your past made you feel that whatever you have to share is not important. You’re not telling your story because its not interesting enough. You’re afraid to not be liked to what you are about share, and they will turn away from you.

Show me you voiceless
Breath in voiceless and feel the flow of voiceless in your body. Breathe out and show me the form of you being voiceless. There is no sound only air.

This is me expression myself
Breathe in expression. Fill every cell with a flow of you expressing yourself. Feel it move like a river in you. Breathe out and show me the form of you expressing yourself like the power of a waterfall. Let your self sound like that waterfall, your special waterfall.

Go back and forth 3 times with voiceless and expression. There is no rush. You are exactly were you are suppose to start. Just give yourself permission to expand a micro step with every breathe. Let your voice out and your body move to what you want to express.
