i was a totally overwelmed about this turnaround thought or feeling that emotional pain could be a powerful emotion. what do we really know about emotions if they are good or bad? maybe pain is heavy but it moves us to another place, another thought a new journey or something we find and express. maybe the heaviness slow the journey down, but its still micro-steps in to masterpiece. i don’t know what happened yesterday. thought all over the place.

it made me think of maybe we have all the emotions because we need them. maybe emotional pain is heavy but it heals grieving? what if we woke up and said ”today i need emotional pain because i grieve.” it will help me today. but maybe love heal me tomorrow and we can share in that state of no judgement or embarrassment

and today on my practice the word ONE and kindêd friendship came strong to me, inspired by our kindrêd session and your writing @daphne, i’m no longer two but one that comes together. it all just exploration but its beautiful to observe the response of the wise body. felt so good.
