Their journey began with a spontaneous proposal on a sunlit day at their future wedding church. Karl, overcome with love, fashioned a ring from a simple straw, sealing their promise amidst whispers of a life yet to unfold.
Years later, they secretly married, driven by practicality, but dreaming of a grand celebration. It was Iceland's majestic beauty that finally bore witness to their vows, amidst towering glaciers and the dance of the waterfall.
As they stood hand in hand, surrounded by loved ones beneath Iceland's vast sky, Sola and Karl's hearts beat in harmony. Their love, like Iceland itself, was both serene and powerful—a testament to dreams realized and a bond forged in the embrace of nature's wonder.
Five years later, I had the honor of capturing their joyous celebration as their wedding photographer. Among Iceland's breathtaking landscapes, we revisited the church where their journey began, capturing wedding portraits that echoed the intimacy and enduring love of their first vows.
